A pair of Donburi bowls created out of porcelain white clay. They are nice and deep. The overall design is to portray a sense of “abundance” through its continuous curvaceous form. The curved form allows the eye to wander around the bowl which gives it a sense of a warmth and softness that invites you to touch it and hold it in your hand.
Both bowls are 3.5 inches tall with a 6 inch diameter.
The pair of bowls come with an original sumi calligraphy gift box depicting the scenes from the nearby Soos Creek where my studio resides.
